Mr. S P Lohia is the founder of Indorama Corporation. He established PT. Indo-Rama Synthetics along with his father, Mr. M.L. Lohia, in 1975. He has over four decades of industrial experience and sits on the boards of various companies of the Group. He is also the Chairman of Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited (listed on the Thai Stock Exchange). He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Delhi.

Mr. Amit Lohia joined Indorama in 1995 and has successfully run businesses, led turnaround of distressed assets, and implemented greenfield projects for the Group in different parts of the world. He sits on the boards of various companies of the Group. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Wharton School of Business.

Mr. Anurag Aggarwal has around four decades of experience in corporate finance, M&A, and investment management. He is an Honors Graduate in Commerce and a Chartered Accountant.

Mr. V S Baldwa has around four decades of experience in corporate finance, legal, and commercial functions in various companies in India, Malaysia, and Indonesia. He is an Honors Graduate in Commerce, a Chartered Accountant, and a Company Secretary.

Mr. Prakash Kejriwal has over 25 years of experience in finance and business development activities with particular interest in CIS countries. He is a Graduate in Business and Commerce and a Chartered Accountant.

Mr. B K Iyer has over four decades of diverse experience in the banking industry. He was the Chief Executive and Head of International Syndication of ICICI Bank, Singapore from 2008 to 2015, prior to which he worked in various positions with American Express Bank, The Bank of New York, Chase Manhattan Bank, and State Bank Group in India. He is an Honors Graduate in Science and a Postgraduate of The International Management Institute.

Mr. Vikram Hora has transformed YTY Group into one of the world’s largest suppliers of synthetic hand-protection solutions, with production assets in both Malaysia and Indonesia. Prior to focusing on disposable gloves, he worked as an Investment Banker with Merrill Lynch (now BAML) and UBS. He obtained an Economics Degree from Cornell University and an MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Mr. Manish Mundra leads Indorama’s vibrant business activities in Africa. He has over 25 years of international business and M&A experience in a wide range of manufacturing industries. He has an MBA degree in Finance and Marketing.

Mr. Venkatesh Gopalan heads the Textile segment and the Corporate Development, ESG and digitalization functions of the group. He has four decades of professional experience in managing international operations. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Technology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management.

Mr. Puneet Gautam has over 20 years’ experience developing strategic businesses in Brazil and India, also managing global customer relationships in the B2C and B2B domains. He holds a Masters in Agricultural Sciences from Himachal Pradesh Agricultural University and has completed UCLA’s Accelerated Management Program.

Mr. Munish Jindal has over three decades of rich experience in corporate finance and commercial activities in a variety of manufacturing industries. He is an Honors Graduate in Commerce and a Chartered Accountant.

Mr. Jayaram Philkana heads the Human Resources, CSR and Corporate Communications functions of the group. He has three decades of professional experience in the Agriculture, Food and Pharma industries. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and an MBA with specialization in Personnel management and Industrial Relations from XLRI School of Business, Jamshedpur, India.

Mr. Deepak Raina has four decades’ experience in the textile production industry, three decades of which have been proudly served at Indorama. He holds a B Tech from the Technological Institute of Textile & Sciences.

Mr. Rahul Singh has more than 25 years of international work experience in multi-functional roles in the fertilizer and engineering industry. He has a Masters degree in C&I Engineering and has also completed a one-year Program in Applied Finance from IIM Calcutta.

Mr. Rajveer Singh has rich experience of more than three decades across various fields, including the fertilizer industry. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a law graduate from the University of Delhi.

Mr. Anil Tibrewal is a Textile Technologist with over 30 years’ experience, two decades of which have been proudly served at Indorama. He holds a Bachelor in Textile Technology from Maharshi Dayanand University.

Mr. Manish Vimal has more than three decades of experience in finance and project development. He holds a Masters degree in Commerce and is a Chartered Accountant.

Mr. Gustavo Zaitune has over two decades of experience in the Brazilian fertilizer industry. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from USP and an MBA from IBMEC/SP.
