- Entry of JSC IKF in water soluble and speciality chemicals
IKF Uzbekistan has commissioned multiple new facilities for the manufacture of Water Soluble Fertilizers and Speciality Chemicals such as Sulphate of Potash and Ammonium Chloride. The project also includes a new sulphuric acid plant to meet its captive requirement. The project was commissioned over 18 months, a record time for similar SOP technology.

We are pleased to announce our partnership with Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation Singapore Branch (SMBC) to secure USD 33 million Sustainability Linked Loans – Term and Working Capital (SLL) for our subsidiary, JSC Indorama Kokand Fertilizers and Chemicals in Uzbekistan, to finance its capital expenditure and working capital requirements.

This financing arrangement marks another significant milestone in our journey toward sustainable growth and underscores our proactive approach to sustainability. - Indorama Corp secures USD 15 MN sustainability linked loan
We are pleased to announce that our subsidiary, PT. Indo-Rama Synthetics Tbk in Indonesia, has secured a USD 15 million Sustainability Linked Loan (SLL) from PT Bank BTPN Tbk (BTPN), Indonesia (a subsidiary of SMBC, Japan), demonstrating our commitment to sustainability.
This SLL is linked to the achievement of Indorama’s ESG performance targets and aligns with our broader goals of improving sustainability across our operations. This includes a decarbonization roadmap, renewable resource initiatives, and promoting the use of recyclable materials. By integrating ESG considerations into our financing decisions, we aim to drive positive change while fostering long-term value creation. We are pleased to have the support of BTPN and SMBC in our endeavours to reduce carbon emissions and adopt environmentally responsible practices.
